Women's Learning, Education and Training in Canada: 2000 and Beyond.
The Canadian Congress for Learning Opportunities for Women (CCLOW)
will present this conference in co-operation with the Centre for
Women's Studies and the Department of Adult Education, Community
Development and Counselling Psychology, at the Ontario Institute for
Studies in Education at the University of Toronto. One of the themes
is Technology and Women's Learning new communication
technologies and their impact on education and training. For

Lieutenant Governors Medal

for the ninth Lieutenant Governor's Medal for Literacy. The award
recognizes exceptional achievement of an individual, group or project
in the field of literacy in Manitoba. The deadline for nominations is
