September 11-14, 2000. Essential Skills Job Profiling Training, supported by MB Education and Training, and Workplace Education Manitoba Steering Committee. Morden. This workshop is designed to build competence and confidence in applying Human Resources Development Canada’s essential skills job-profiling methodology. It focuses on the use of open-ended interviews to gather essential skills data and rating scales to analyse the complexity of job tasks - two of the methodology’s distinguishing features. November 2-4, 2000, Toronto, Ontario Conference 2000: The Courage to Learn. This Ontario Literacy Coalition event is open to all members and others who are înterested in literacy issues.
