LPM is a charitable, not-for-profit organization.

Literacy Partners of Manitoba (LPM) membership is open to anyone involved in or interested in literacy.

There are many benefits for members of LPM. See the Membership Advantage.

There are five types of membership. See the Literacy Partners and The Manitoba Institute of Literacy and Learning "Membership Fee Structure".

• Student/Senior ($5)
  includes students in literacy programs, Adult Learning Centres, post secondary

• Individual ($40)

• Literacy Programs ($110)
  includes up to four members; additional members may be added for $30 per person*

• Organization ($130)
  e.g. ASEC, TEAL, MERN, public libraries, school divisions, social service agencies; includes up to four people; additional members may be added for $35 each*

• Business/Government ($275)
  includes up to four members; additional members are $70 per person.

* Note: Fees are pro-rated for first-year memberships for these categories. See the registration forms for reduced rates if you join during the year.

The Membership Advantage!

• Your membership allows you access to a lending library of more than 5000 books, kits, videos, software programs and program support material, with free postage outside Winnipeg.
• Copies of LPM's newsletter Write On! and monthly e-bulletins.
• Bursaries funded by events such as the Manitoba PGI and CanWest Global's Raise-a-Reader Day.
• Communication of your literacy concerns to all levels of government.
